Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) is a thermoplastic material with excellent chemical properties.
 Tanks made from PVDF material can withstand temperatures of up to 300°F
PVDF is an excellent material for use in smaller process tanks containing chromic acid, such as chromium plating. Certain Chem Milling process chemistries will also warrant the use of PVDF.  PVDF materials can be extrusion welded, hand welded, or butt fusion welded.
