PFA rod combines many of the properties of PTFE rod. It's easy to weld using thermoplastic welding equipment. PFA with low coefficient of friction, clarity, and chemical resistance make PFA a popular material in the semiconductor, environment monitoring, oil and gas, fiber optics, and medical industries.

Main Properties & Application

PFA was developed as a high temperature version of FEP - generally it has similar properties, but it can be used at temperatures up to 260°C.
