FEP
FEP is a modified category of PTFE. It basically retains the properties of PTFE, like excellent high- low temperature resistance, chemical stability, dielectricity, high non-adhesiveness and mechanical strength. Compare to PTFE, it has better elasticity and transparency and is only 50° C lower than PTFE by limit of high temperature resistance.
Features:
FEP sheet is manufactured by molding and extruding method with FEP resin. FEP sheet has low coefficient of friction and a wide range of practicable temperature from -196° C ~ +200° C.
Manufacturing method: Molding, injection, machinery processing
Excellent electrical insulation
Chemical stability
Heat resistant
Excellent mechanical property
Size: Standard & custom made
Typical Applications:
Petrochemical and chemical processing
Electrical applications
Semi-Conductor Industry
Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries
Laboratory applications
