PVDF
PVDF (PolyVinylindeneFluoride) is a specialty plastic material in the fluoropolymer family. Its tensile strength is two times higher than PTFE, the compressive strength six times higher than PTFE, and the abrasion resistance similar to nylon. PVDF can be injected, molded to sheet, rod, pipe and is widely applied in the fields of photovoltaic, semiconductor, aviation and aerospace, electric plating, chemical anti-corrosion lining, tube, pump, valve, gasket, impeller and electrical wire& cable protection.
Features:
Appearance: Smooth surface, uniform texture, white color
1. High mechanical strength & rigidity
2. Good toughness
3. Good sliding and abrasion resistance
4. Self-extinguishing
5. UV resistant
6. Corrosion resistant
7. Good aging resistant and electrical insulation
Typical application:
1. Photovoltaic
2. Semiconductor
3. Electrical plating, photovoltaic
4. Chemical corrosion resistant lining
5. Chemical storage and handling, such as tube, pump
6. Electrical wire and wire protection
