Properties of UHMWPE Sheet
UHMWPE Sheet has a few very important properties and the first would be its incredible resistance to abrasion. UHMWPE can out perform almost any engineering plastic for abrasion resistance and UHMWPE is probably one of the best materials for lining chutes and hoppers for products such as sand, concrete or any other highly abrasive moving product. UHMWPE Sheet is resistant to many dilute acids, solvents and cleaning agents.
Size availability of UHMWPE Sheet
UHMWPE Sheet is commercially available in two common sizes of 2000mm X 1000mm and 3000mm X 1500mm,
UHMWPE Sheet is available in thicknesses ranging from 2mm thick up to and including 120mm thick. UHMWPE Sheet is available in natural which can also be described as white and then two other colours which are black and green. These two latter colours are usually Full specification UHMW-PE rods also available.
