PFA (PerFluoroAlkoxy) is a transparent and flexible fluoropolymer that is chemically inert to most industrial chemicals and solvents
PFA plastic has a high resistance to solvents, acids, and bases, making it an ideal choice for handling aggressive and corrosive chemicals.
PFA Fluoropolymers have a high resistance to solvents, acids, and bases. PFA have a very low coefficient of friction and have anti-sticking properties. One major difference is PTFE has a higher melting temperature than PFA, making it a popular choice for non-stick cookware. Another difference is PFA is more flexible than PTFE, making it ideal for tubing applications.
Features:
1. Good folding and cracking resistance
2. High mechanical strength, 1.6 times of PTFE or more
3. Outstanding high/low temperature resistance
4. Chemical stability, electrical insulation
5. Self-lubrication, non-sticky
6. Good UV stability
7. Flame retardant, Abrasion resistant
8. FDA compliant grades available
