Ram Extruded PTFE tube
The ram extruders use a driving mechanism to drive the plunger to achieve reciprocating movement. The working process is to press the material into the barrel, and the material is continuously melted in the barrel under the action of the heat source and is pushed by the pressure of the plunger. The material moves downstream and is finally extruded through a die.
