Audited Supplier Fluoropolymer tubing is available in custom lengths ranging from a few feet to spools of several thousand feet. Hongda stocks many sizes for fast delivery. The dual containment (coaxial), bonded and standard tubing are available in FEP, PFA, ultra-high-purity PFA, and other resins. Custom packaging and spooling is available.
PTFE exhibits the best performance in terms of temperature, chemical resistance and non-stick properties. Compared with similar fluoropolymers.
FEP has very similar properties to PTFE, but has a lower maximum operating temperature of 200°C. However, this fluoroplastic can be processed by normal plastic methods.
PFA tubing offers excellent solvent resistance (virtually identical to PTFE and FEP) while adding several advantages of higher continuous service temperature and superior polymer purity.
