PFA ( Perfluoroalkoxy )
PFA (commonly known as soluble PTFE). In terms of its properties, this polymer is similar to PTFE. The big difference is that the alkoxy substituents allow the polymer to be melt-processed. It has improved flow, creep resistance, and thermal stability close to or exceeding PTFE.
Features:
1. Good folding and cracking resistance
2. High mechanical strength, 1.6 times of PTFE or more
3. Outstanding high/low temperature resistance
4. Chemical stability, electrical insulation
5. Self-lubrication, non-sticky
6. Good UV stability
7. Flame retardant, Abrasion resistant
8. FDA compliant grades available
Typical Applications:
1. Chemical tank liners
2. Pump and valve parts
3. Semiconductor components
Equipment we provide:
Tower, reaction Kettle, storage, storage tank, electrolytic cell, meter, mixer, chlorine tube, feeding tube, the venturi and so on, also can be made according to user's demands.
Equipment lining material: PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, ETFE, ECTFE, PO, PP, PE, PVDF, etc.
Equipment shell material: Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP)
Acoording to diferent medium, temperature and process conditions, we can choose different material and processing method to reduce the equipment cost in the premise of quality safety.
Solve the problem of lining deformation caused by heat-expansion and cold-contractionk layer take off, expecially the linging is sucked flat in the negative pressure conditions, and the phenomenon of flange turnup point pull cut.
Resistance to both high and low temperature, temperature rang -80-200 degree.
