Description
With excellent rigidity, low temperature and cold flow resistance, PCTFE (PolyChloroTriFluoroEthylene) is an ideal sealing material under the condition of low temperature and high pressure in enormous high-tech fields.
Features:
PCTFE ,it has high compressive strength, high hardness, creep resistance, lowest moisture vapor transmission rate and very low gas permeance rate. Infrared, ultraviolet and visible lights can easily penetrate through PCTFE.

- Valves -- seats, stems, seals (Butterfly Valves for cryogenic applications were developed for large pipes which are used to transport cryogenic fluids).
- Seals for lip seals with spring energizer, o-rings, v-rings, special construction seals
- Compressors & pumps
- Gaskets -- pressure, diaphragm, liquid gauge seals, fluid handling
- Bearings -- sleeve & thrust
- Stock shapes -- for machining components

Molded sheet: Thickness 1-40mm, width 100-400mm, length1-400mm;
Molded rod: Dia 5-25mm, length 200mm; Dia 30-100mm, length 100-500mm;
Molded tube: Dia 30-600mm, length less than 150mm.
