I. POM Rods Description
Good mechanical properties and rigidity, and close to the metal material. Its an ideal replacement material of cast zinc, steel, aluminum and other metal materials. Excellent fatigue resistance and creep resistance. Good abrasion resistance, self-lubricated and friction. POM together with UHMWPE, PA, F4 are known as the four wear-resistant plastic materials. High thermal stability, good chemical stability and excellent electrical insulation. All our materials are 100% virgin, and are quality checked by our QC inspectors, at source.
Product: Molded Teflon Rod
PTFE extruded rod: One is manufactured by paste extruding method in the diameter from 4 to 9 mm, and other is made by RAM extruding method in diameter from 10 to 50mm.

The electrical insulation used under various kinds of frequency, the seal liner of various kinds of corrosivity medium, Antisticking materials, lubrication material.
3. PTFE/Teflon Extruded Rod specifications:
1) Diameter: 5mm, 6mm, 7mm~200mm
2) Length: 1000mm~2000mm or as per customer's request
3) Operation Temperature: -180° C ~+260° C
4) Packing: Plastic membrane inside, wooden case outside
Remark: These are very common size, we also can supply size according to customer's special request.

1. Characteristics of the product:
PTFE molded rod over 50mm's diameter are produced by molding.
2. Application:
The electrical insulation used under various kinds of frequency, the seal liner of various kinds of corrosivity medium, antisticking material, lubrication material.
3. PTFE/Teflon Molded Rod specifications:
1) Diameter: 200mm~350mm
2) Length: 100mm~300mm or as per customer's request
3) Operation Temperature: -180° C ~+260° C
4) Packing: Plastic membrane inside, wooden case outside
