PTFE With filler( glass fiber, carbon fiber, molybdenum disulfide, graphite, bronze etc. )
It's formed by mixing, pressing and sintering of raw material, which not only keeps hte original properties of PTFE, but also enhanced the rigidity, anti-creep, anti-abrasion, it's increased hundreds of abrasion resistances, two times thermal conductivity, more than 10% hardness. At room temperature, the anti-creep property can be increased nearly three times, compressive strength, modulus doubled and 80% bending strength increased.
PTFE is the most chemical resistance of all know plastics. It does not age. It has a wide range of practicable temperature from -180 ~ 260° C. It has the lowest coefficient of friction of all know solid materials.
