Product Description
FEP FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) is a modified category of PTFE. It basically retains the properties of PTFE, like excellent high- low temperature resistance, chemical stability, dielectricity, high non-adhesiveness and mechanical strength. Compare to PTFE, it has better elasticity and transparency and is only 50° C lower than PTFE by limit of high temperature resistance. Features: FEP sheet is manufactured by molding and extruding method with FEP resin. FEP sheet has low coefficient of friction and a wide range of practicable temperature from -196° C ~ +200° C. Manufacturing method: Molding, injection, machinery processing Excellent electrical insulation Chemical stability Heat resistant Excellent mechanical property Size: Standard & custom made Typical Applications: Petrochemical and chemical processing Electrical applications Semi-Conductor Industry Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries Laboratory applications Specification (mm): Sheet: Molded sheet thickness 1-50mm, width 100-1000mm, length100-2000mm, Blown film thickness 0.03-0.2mm, width reduced dia less than 600mm, length more than 10000mm; Molded rod: Dia 5-25mm Length200mm; Dia 30-100mm, Length100-150mm Extruded tube: Dia3-25mm, Length any length Dia 26-200, Length less than 4200mm Technical index:
